Meet the teacher night for parents/guardians is Sept. 12. Doors open 6 p.m.

Two sessions will be held, giving attendees with more than one student at Sheckler Elementary the opportunity to visit each classroom and get some insight on what to expect throughout the school year.

On Sept. 17, an anti-bullying assembly will be held for Sheckler Elementary School students. The Omegaman Super HERO (Helping Everyone Respect Others) bullying prevention will be presented to students.

The assembly ties in with this year’s school superhero theme - What’s under your cape? We are all superheros!

Sept. 18 is an early dismissal day for students. Sheckler students will be dismissed 1:30 p.m.
