AUG. 23

Criminal mischief - a residence egged - in the 1700 block of Main Street was reported.

A domestic dispute between a male and a female took place in the 300 block of East 12th Street.

AUG. 24

Police investigated a report of loud music in the 400 block of East Fifth Street.

An unwanted male trespassing at Redner’s Quick Shoppe, West 21st Street, was investigated.

In the 100 block of East Fourth Street, a domestic dispute occurred between a male and a female.

AUG. 25

An unwanted male at Redner’s Quick Shoppe was reported.

A hit-and-run accident took place at Main and 21st streets. The report said a black BMW making a left-hand turn onto West 21st Street was struck in the back by a dark-colored Jeep, which continued east on 21st Street without stopping.

AUG. 27

A theft occurred in the 1300 block of Newport Avenue.

AUG. 28

Officers investigated a domestic dispute between a male and a female in the 200 block of East 19th Street.

In the 300 block of East 12th Street, police responded to a domestic dispute involving a male and a female.

AUG. 31

Members of the department investigated a domestic dispute between a male and a female in the 200 block of East Seventh Street.

A report of a female causing a disturbance brought police to the 1600 block of Newport Avenue.

SEPT. 1

Police investigated a report of a theft from a building in the 500 block of East 11th Street. A large, square concrete planter that was spray-painted white was taken from the front porch of a residence.

SEPT. 2

A domestic dispute between a male and a female occurred in the 400 block of East Ninth Street.

In the 100 block of Jeffrey Lane, officers responded to a domestic dispute between a male and a female.

SEPT. 3

An abandoned vehicle was towed in the 1300 block of Barrington Drive.

SEPT. 6

A hit and run took place in the 1800 block of Main Street. The report said a legally parked vehicle was struck, causing damage to the driver-side mirror.
