Parents/guardians, all students will have their photograph taken, but purchase is optional.

The W-C PTO PLUS volunteer orientation for Gockley Elementary School will be held Sept. 16 at Steckel Elementary School. Please note the different school location.

There will be two times available - 9:15 a.m. and 7 p.m. for parents/guardians who can’t make the morning meeting.

Join the fun at Zephyr Elementary’s second Color Splash Run, set for noon Sept. 22. It is being held in the Whitehall football field parking lot. Regular parking will be at the high school parking lot and the Schadt Avenue playground.

Gockley Elementary reminds parents/guardians to keep a full, seasonally appropriate change of clothes in your child’s backpack in case of spills or accidents at school.

The school keeps a limited supply of clothes in the health room and may not have the correct size for your child.

Make sure your elementary school child wears socks and sneakers on days of gym class.

Wearing proper footwear ensures full participation and safety in gym class. It also allows your child to play safely during outside activities and recess.

Updating phone numbers is important, so remember to update student information on the parent portal. Whitehall-Coplay School District requests all student records be reviewed and/or updated in order for the district to have accurate contact and medical records.

Instructions were included in a letter in the August mailing that has a student/user ID and a password.

Parents/guardians update any necessary changes by visiting https://update.whitehallcoplay.org.
