Russian in: The 36th annual “Russian Days Food Festival” is 11 a.m. - 7 p.m. Sept. 6, 11 a.m. - 7 p.m. Sept. 7 and 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. Sept. 8, St. Nicholas Russian Orthodox Church, 980 Bridle Path Road, Bethlehem. Rev. Matthew Joyner, St. Nicholas Rector, and the parishioners welcome the public to the event, for which admission is free. Traditional food include borscht, halupki, halushki, blini, pelmeni, pirozhki, pierogi and potato pancakes. Exhibitors display crafts, traditional jewelry and icons.
