The Lehigh Valley Landscape Update will be offered Sept. 10 at the Lehigh County Agricultural Center, 4184 Dorney Park Road, South Whitehall Township. Doors open 4:30 p.m., and the program will run 5-8:45 p.m. with a break for supper and networking.

Discussion will focus on strategies to reduce the impact of pests and diseases in ornamental plants and lawns. This course is for all people involved in the green industry, including landscapers, nursery operators, garden center employees, etc.

The fee to attend includes a networking meal and handouts.

Seating is limited, and preregistration is recommended. Register online by Sept. 6 by visiting extension.psu.edu/landscape-update or calling 1-877-345-0691 for assistance 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday-Friday.
