Police assisted a landlord in the 500 block of Fourth Street.

Suspicious activity in the 500 block of Front Street was reported. Police located the group and found property.

A written traffic warning was issued in the 400 block of Race Street.

In the 500 block of Second Street, a traffic citation was issued.

An ongoing problem regarding harassment in the 200 block of Pine Street was investigated.

Officers and the department’s K-9 assisted Palmerton Police Department in the 200 block of Avenue B.

Police assisted a citizen with a VIN verification on Cambridge Place.

On North 14th Street, a driver was cited.

Extra patrol was requested in the 100 block of Bridge Street.

A driver was cited and the vehicle towed in the 100 block of Race Street.

Property damage was caused by a PPL contractor in the 900 block of Bridge Court.

Police issued a parking ticket on Front Street.

AUG. 24

At Silver Manor, 2 Front St., an intoxicated male was causing a disturbance, the department said.

Police assisted EMS in the 200 block of Church Street for a reported drug overdose. Rachel Reph, 25, of Catasauqua, was cited for drug paraphernalia.

Officers responded to an animal complaint in the 600 block of Faith Drive. The dogs returned to their owner.

A driver was cited in the 200 block of Race Street.

James Brown, 34, of Allentown, was cited in the 200 block of Race Street for possession of marijuana and not following traffic control devices.

AUG. 25

Persons involved in a theft case in the 100 block of Race Street came to an agreement, police said.

In the 200 block of Race Street, a citation was issued.

Police assisted at the scene of a water leak in a basement in the 50 block of Third Street.

Three written traffic warnings were issued in the 200 block of North 14th Street and on Second Street.

A lost parrot was found in the 100 block of Race Street.
