Once a month, on a Thursday morning, adults go to Parkland Community Library, South Whitehall, for some DIY Fun.
Mariann Kmetz, head of technical services at the library, chooses a craft and gathers all the materials needed.
On this particular spring day, the craft was a burlap-covered pot, complete with a potted plant and the cutout word, “Welcome,” to greet guests at the crafters’ homes.
