Parents and guardians of new and returning Lehigh Career and Technical Institute students are reminded the following forms must be completed no later than the student’s first week in attendance: active military, handbook compliance form, home language form, lunch program information, safety pledge, standing orders authorization and student medical card.

These forms must be completed in order for the student to train on industry-standard equipment and more. These forms can be filled out online via Skyward on the LCTI home page.
