HEIDELBERG TOWNSHIP: Heidelberg Church hosting corn pie ’n’ ham dinner
The cheer is here! On Sept. 3, Heidelberg Association for Retired Persons, better known as H.A.R.P., will get together 11 a.m. in Heidelberg Church’s Fellowship Hall, 5187 Irving Road, in the Saegersville area, for an amusing afternoon of game playing.
Bring a favorite game to play, along with a covered dish to share.
Remember, you do not have to be a Heidelberg Church member to attend.
H.A.R.P. is a local nonprofit, nonpartisan organization dedicated to serving the needs of people age 50 and older
The group gets together at 11 a.m. the first Tuesday of every month at the church.
In addition to traveling to many places of interest, this energetic group offers numerous speakers and activities on a monthly basis.

Don’t miss it! Heidelberg Union Church is having a family style corn pie and ham dinner Sept. 7.
In addition to a delicious corn pie and ham, the meal includes bread, beverage and homemade desserts.
The public is invited.

Mark your calendar! Ontelaunee Rod and Gun Club, New Tripoli, will have a sportsmen’s swap meet 8 a.m.-1 p.m. Sept. 22.
All are welcome to come and enjoy tons of great deals, raffles and food.

Family favorite! Heidelberg Church’s Women of Faith group is seeking pint jars and lids for its annual chowchow fall fundraiser sale on Sept. 23.
Watch for sign-up sheets in the narthex and get your orders in early.

Also on Sept. 23, the Women of Faith group will have its covered dish and planning meeting 1 p.m. for the upcoming months and the 2020 new year.
