“EZ Deitsch I,” Sept. 12 - Nov. 7: 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. Thursdays. Pennsylvania Dutch language and culture.

“Irish (Gaelic),” Sept. 4 - Dec. 11: 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. Wednesdays. Sentence structure, grammar, foundation vocabulary, commonly-used verbs, fluency and vocabulary to speak, read and write.

“Italian I,” Aug. 21 - Oct. 23: 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. Wednesdays. Vocabulary for working knowledge.

“Italian II,” Aug. 21 - Oct. 23: 4 - 6 p.m. Wednesdays. Grammar to increase speaking ability.

“Korean I,” Sept. 5 - Nov. 7: 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. Thursdays. Alphabet, grammar, vocabulary, greeting and basic conversation.

“Korean II,” Sept. 5 - Nov. 7: 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. Thursdays. Language skills, Korean drama, cooking and cultural immersion.

“Spanish I,” Sept. 30 - Nov. 25: 6 - 7:30 p.m. Mondays, Allentown campus.

“Spanish for Health Care Professionals,” Sept. 11 - Oct. 9: 6 - 9 p.m Wednesdays, Allentown campus. Everyday words and phrases, medical terminology and common phrases used during health exams.
