Parkway Pool will hold the final swim lessons Aug. 10 and 11. The pool-certified lifeguards are the instructors. More information is available by calling 717-809-6789.
The popular aqua Zumba lessons at the pool continue 6-7 p.m. Mondays and 6:30-7:30 p.m. Wednesdays. Instructor Tara Miller said if the weather results in a postponement, the lessons are rescheduled for 6:30-7:30 p.m. Thursdays.

The Coplay Democratic Club will hold its summer meeting 1 p.m. Aug. 11 at Paulie’s Restaurant, 1214 Chestnut St.

Coplay Public Library will have a free movie event 4:30 p.m. Aug. 12 and will show episodes 4-6 of season 1 of “Doctor Who.”
There will be an astronaut activity for children 3-4 p.m. Aug. 14.

There is a free daily shuttle service between Coplay and Northampton boroughs.
The service is provided by Trumbull Corporation, the company building the new bridge linking the two boroughs. The white minibus operates on half-hour intervals.
