Vehicle rescue technicians from Western Salisbury and Eastern Salisbury fire departments as well as Salisbury Police Department officers respond to free a couple from an overturned SUV shortly after 11 a.m. July 26. The incident occurred after the SUV crashed with a PPL utility pickup truck at the intersection of Cedar Crest Boulevard and Lincoln Avenue.
