An Allentown woman faces burglary and other charges after she allegedly entered a residence in the 7400 block of Catalpa Drive, Lower Macungie Township, July 13 after she was told she was not welcome at the home.

Janelle Antoin Mitchell, 28, was taken into custody and transported to Lehigh County Central Booking Center, according to law enforcement authorities.

The incident was detailed in a media release from Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Mitchell allegedly called a resident of the home and threatened to cause harm to the resident and property. The resident told Mitchell she was not welcome at the residence and immediately contacted state police to respond to the residence. The resident and another person at the home then fled the residence.

Mitchell allegedly reached the residence before troopers arrived and entered the house through an unlocked door. Once in the residence, Mitchell allegedly removed a knife from the kitchen and paint supplies from a closet. She then allegedly dumped paint on the walls and floor and property in a bedroom. Mitchell allegedly used the kitchen knife to damage a mattress.

Mitchell allegedly fled the residence before troopers reached the home and was later located at her residence.

The estimated damage to the property exceeds $5,000, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Lonnie Jermaine Carter, 37, of Allentown, was taken into custody, after he allegedly fled from a traffic stop on the Trexlertown bypass at Spring Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 2:45 p.m. July 20. The incident was detailed in a media release from Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A trooper attempted to conduct a traffic stop of a gray Ford Escape on the Trexlertown bypass and found the operator of the SUV had a suspended driver’s license. The driver allegedly fled from the scene and a vehicle pursuit ensued, continuing southbound on Route 100 through Macungie borough and onto northbound Chestnut Street toward Emmaus borough. Carter allegedly maneuvered his vehicle to head southbound on Chestnut Street, lost control of the vehicle and crashed into another state police trooper who was responding to the pursuit. The trooper was evaluated for minor injuries relative to the collision, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Adam Tyler Bartz, 24, of Macungie, was taken into custody after he allegedly threatened to cause physical harm to an 81-year-old male at a residence in the 3300 block of Marworth Court, Lower Macungie Township, 4:59 p.m. July 11, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A 45-year-old female, of Allentown, allegedly struck someone after a verbal altercation escalated in the 3300 block of South Seventh Street, Upper Milford Township, 4:38 p.m. May 22, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A 19-year-old male, of Allentown, allegedly struck a 47-year-old female with a plastic refrigerator shelf causing a minor injury in the 500 block of Wedge Lane, Lower Macungie Township, 6:15 a.m. July 25.

Michael Marquell Pullen, 31, of Emmaus, allegedly was found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana after a traffic stop at the intersection of Lower Macungie Road and Brookside Road, Lower Macungie Township, 1:26 a.m. Jan. 19, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
