The Lehigh County Senior Centers have a new catering company called Metz Culinary Management, a family owned business since 1994. Metz Culinary Management owns a TGI Fridays franchise and 11 other restaurants in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. So come and join the Lunch Bunch at the Ridge Manor high rise, 333 Ridge St., Emmaus. After lunch, you can participate in other activities such as bingo, the “Koffee Klatch Klub” (chat, reminisce and enjoy coffee or tea and a donut), movies, games, etc.
