Michael Kucharczuk, 38, of Whitehall, was arrested June 26 for allegedly driving under the influence and failure to drive within his lane of travel in the 500 block of State Avenue, according to Emmaus police. He was transported to Lehigh County DUI Center.

Eugene E. Philhower, 47, of Emmaus, was arrested July 13 for alleged theft and harassment after a dispute at Emmaus Community Park, 1401 Shimerville Road, according to Emmaus police. He was transported to Lehigh County Booking Center.

An unknown person removed license plate lights and assembly, valued at $75, from a vehicle. The incident was reported at Emmaus Community Park, 1401 Shimerville Road, July 9.

A 46-year-old male, of Allentown, was arrested July 10 for alleged harassment after an altercation at Emmaus Community Park, 1401 Shimerville Road. A citation was filed, according to Emmaus police.

Jorge A. Lopez, 43, of Allentown, was arrested July 2 for alleged defiant trespass at Lehigh Valley Acura, 333 State Ave., according to Emmaus police.

Two 19-year-old males, of Emmaus, were arrested for alleged underage drinking after police responded to Seem and Moyer streets July 4, according to Emmaus police.

The driver’s side mirror of a VW Passat was found cracked. The incident was reported July 4 in the 500 block of Liberty Street and damage to the vehicle is estimated at $400.

An unknown person removed a red Honda CBR motorcycle, valued at $3,000, from a parking lot in the 1000 block of Cold Stream Circle. The incident was reported July 10.

A Mongoose Mode 90 bicycle was found in the 200 block of Ridge Street July 8. The bicycle is stored at Emmaus Police Department headquarters, 400 Jubilee St.
