Northampton: Historical society open July 21

Siegfried Railroad Station, home of the Northampton Area Historical Society, will be open to visitors 1-4 p.m. July 21. The station is located on West 21st Street (Route 329).

The station is a museum housing artifacts of Northampton and the surrounding area. This year, artifacts from businesses - past and present - of the four wards of Northampton are featured.

There is no charge to visit the museum, but donations are accepted for the upkeep of the museum. New members are also welcome.

The Northampton Farmers Market is open 3-6:30 p.m. every Tuesday through Oct. 1 at Municipal Park, Smith Lane and Laubach Avenue.

Holy Trinity Nursery School, 1235 Main St., is registering for the 2019-20 school year.

The 2-year-old play group class meets 9:30-11 a.m. Mondays and Wednesdays. Class size is limited to 12 children. Children do not need to be toilet trained for this class.

The 3-year-old class meets 9-11:30 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays. Class size is limited to 16 children. Children need to be toilet trained for this class.

The 4-year-old class meets 12:15-2:45 p.m. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Class size is limited to 16 children. Children need to be toilet trained for this class.

Children must turn the appropriate age for the class by Sept. 1. There is a registration fee and a monthly tuition cost.
