Invasive plant class is set for July 24

PENN STATE Extension

Penn State Extension is offering a class titled “Managing Invasive Plants” 8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. July 24 at Penn State Extension Lehigh County, 4184 Dorney Park Road, South Whitehall.

The class will provide participants with the knowledge and skills to properly identify invasive plants and develop strategies for treatment and control.

A portion of the day will be spent in the field looking at invasive plants, the results of management and a calibration demonstration.

There is a fee to attend.
