Upper Macungie Township police say a theft occurred in September 2018 at the Holiday Inn, 7736 Adrienne Drive, Breinigsville.

Police say they spoke with a 37-year-old woman from the 3100 block of South Drive, Allentown, who told them, her cellphone was taken without her permission during a banquet at the Holiday Inn.

Police say a 34-year-old man from the 900 block of Tilghman Street returned to Westport Axle, 650 Boulder Drive, Breinigsville, just before 11 a.m. June 6 after being told by management he was terminated and not allowed on the property.

Trespassing charges were filed through District Judge Michael Faulkner’s office.

Police say a two-vehicle crash occurred at the four-way intersection of Blue Barn Road and Bastian Lane, between a car and tractor part of a tractor-trailer 9:55 a.m. June 11.

According to police, Vivian Castro Torres, 38, of Bethlehem was driving a 2012 Honda Civic on either Bastian or Oakview.

Dakotah J. Klauss, 20, of Mill Creek, Huntingdon County was driving a 2006 8600 tractor southbound on Blue Barn.

Castro Torres’ car entered the intersection and hit the tractor, which then struck the guiderail on the west side of Blue Barn, police say.

The occupants freed themselves from the vehicles.

Police say Castro Torres and passenger Madelin Torres Echavarria, 22, who were wearing seat belts, were transported to Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township, for treatment of unknown injuries.

Klauss, who police say was also wearing a seat belt,was taken by a personal vehicle to an unknown medical facility for treatment of unknown injuries.

Both vehicles were removed by Yocum Towing.

Police say a three-car crash occurred along Hamilton Boulevard, just west of Continental Circle around 6 p.m. June 11.

According to police, Maria R. Depuy, 68, of Lansford, was driving a 2015 ES350 Lexus behind Sirena Reyes, 26, who was stopped at a light for Route 100 in a 2009 Pontiac G6.

Thalesseril J. Oommen, 68, was stopped behind Reyes’ car in a 2015 QX60 Infiniti.

Depuy’s car struck Reyes’ Pontiac, which was pushed into the rear of the Infiniti.

While Reyes and Oommen were stopped for the light, Depuy struck the rear of Reyes’ car, which was pushed into the rear of Oomen’s vehicle.

Reyes was transported by Cetronia Ambulance Corps to Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbuty Township, for possible minor injuries.

According to police, Reyes, faces charges for allegedly driving without a license and without insurance.

Police say at the intersection of the driveway for Pasese Mio and Tilghman Street a crash occurred around 2:50 p.m. June 14.

Barbara A. Salovay, 78, of Allentown, was driving her out of the parking lot of Paese Mio in a 2018 Toyota Camry as Louis A. Bunoza Jr. of Blackwood, N.J. was driving a 2007 Freightliner truck tractor west on the left straight lane.

Salovay attempted a left turn but pulled directly into the path of Bunoza Jr., police say.

The impact caused major front end damage to the Camry and minor front bumper damage to the truck tractor.

Both drivers were wearing seat belts and no injuries were reported, according to police.

Police say Bunoza Jr. was driven from the scene and Salovay’s vehicle was removed by Yocum Towing.
