A 21-year-old male, of Palmerton, was charged with alleged possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia 9:18 p.m. May 11 following an incident at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest.
Christyann Paparozzi, 28, of Albrightsville, was charged with possession of a controlled substance 3:40 p.m. May 18 following an alleged incident at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest.
A woman was observed noon May 22, driving a grey Nissan with a New Jersey plate, to the Wendy’s, 3390 Lehigh St., and leaving a pill bottle containing drugs on the cement of a light post. Police are investigating.
Luis Marrero, 32, of Bethlehem, was charged with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, speeding, general lighting requirements, possession of drug paraphernalia and sale of tobacco following an alleged incident in the 1100 block of East Susquehanna Street 11:16 p.m. May 27. He was taken to Central Booking for processing.
Joseph Horton, 40, Hamburg, was charged with possession of a control substance following an alleged incident at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest 1:16 p.m. May 19.
A resident in the 2900 block of Lindberg Avenue reported 10:38 a.m. May 23, an unknown person drove over the yard leaving tire marks.
Damage was found at Franko Farm, 1301 Black River Road, 1 p.m. May 29. Someone had damaged the flooring in the gazebo and cement stone was thrown in the pond.
Kraig Kuhns, 31, of Allentown, was charged with simple assault and harassment following an alleged incident in the 2800 block of Tupelo Street 11:11 a.m. May 11. The victim had scratches and bruising. He was taken to Central Booking for processing.
An elderly resident tried to take $9,200 out of her account at M&T Bank, 3201 Lehigh St., 5:04 p.m. May 29, telling personnel she received a call her grandson was in jail in Maryland. The resident did not withdraw the money due to the intervention of bank personnel alerting the resident to the scam.
A 25-year-old woman, of Philadelphia, was charged with disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and persistent disorderly conduct following an alleged incident at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest 7:31 p.m. May 12. She was taken to Central Booking for processing.
A male student at Salisbury Middle School was charged with punching a female student in the face – twice in the eyes and once in the cheek, 1:45 p.m. May 21. He will receive school consequences and be referred to the community justice panel.
An 18-year-old man, of Salisbury, was charged with assault and harassment after an alleged incident 4:07 p.m. May 24 in the 600 block of East Emmaus Avenue. He was taken to Central Booking for processing.
A student punched another student twice in the face 10 a.m. May 28 along Lehigh Avenue. The student will receive school consequences and be referred to the community justice panel.
A person bought parts at Scott Chevrolet, 333 Lehigh St. 1:29 p.m. May 24 and returned twice to return the parts. After the second time, the customer made threats when personnel would not accept the return.
A man reported the theft of a wallet containing credit cards which were used at Ross Dress for Less, 3300 Lehigh St. 4:10 p.m. in the amount of $344.66 May 26. As the wallet was stolen in Allentown, the incident was referred to the Allentown Police Department.
A 71-year-old Salisbury resident received a telephone call 10 a.m. May 28 about an overdue electric bill and was convinced to go to CVS and get gift cards to pay the bill in the amount of $249.13. The transaction was not completed due to the intervention of CVS staff who suggested it was a fraudulent call.
Kimberly Lagala, 29, of Allentown, was charged with harassment following an alleged incident 2:16 p.m. May 24 at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest.
A vehicle was entered in the 1200 block of Tweed Avenue and loose change was removed. There was no damage to the truck. The theft was reported 7 a.m. May 14.
Shariece Foster, 28, of Catasauqua, was charged with theft of mislaid property following an incident at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest 11:12 p.m. April 7. Foster allegedly removed an Apple watch from a patient at the hospital.
