Jessica Ann Day, 28, of Coopersburg, is charged with retail theft after she allegedly attempted to remove $708.20 of merchandise from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 5:23 p.m. April 13, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Janet Ann Shimp, 55, of Lower Macungie Township, allegedly removed items with a total value of $632.04 in a retail theft at Target, 749 N. Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, 6:39 p.m. March 3, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
A 41-year-old female, of Wescosville, attempted to leave Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, without paying for merchandise valued at $220.88 2:02 p.m. March 16, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. She was initially stopped by store loss prevention personnel, police said.
A 17-year-old female, of Fleetwood, is accused of removing merchandise valued at $101.98 from Kohl’s department store, 6900 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, 5:19 p.m. March 15, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
A 45-year-old male, of Allentown, underrang several items in six different transactions totaling $59.97 at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, between Jan. 8 and 24, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
A 26-year-old male, of Allentown, is accused of retail theft after he placed Crest 3D Whitestrips into his pockets at CVS, 958 Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, 1:36 p.m. March 8, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
A 31-year-old male, of Slatington, is accused of retail theft after he placed miscellaneous items into his pockets and exited Target, 749 N. Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, 6:12 p.m. March 8, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
An unknown person removed merchandise totaling $196 from Kohl’s department store, 6900 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, 2:56 p.m. March 9, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Todd Grant Wisser, 58, of Alburtis, was taken into custody for retail theft after he allegedly removed merchandise from Weis Markets, 3369 Route 100, Lower Macungie Township, 3:04 p.m. Feb. 6, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. He also allegedly was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and Oxycodone.
A 30-year-old male, of Blandon, removed 67 Pokemon card packs with a total value of $297.58 and concealed the items in his jacket and pants at a store in the 700 block of North Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, 7:26 p.m. Feb. 17, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
A 23-year-old female, of Allentown, was taken into custody and charged with retail theft after a Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville trooper responded to Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 6:08 p.m. Feb. 15 for a report of an internal retail theft involving an employee of the store.
A 28-year-old female, of Allentown, is suspected of retail theft after she went through a self-checkout lane and did not pay for all of the items in her shopping cart at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 2:12 p.m. Feb. 24. According to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville, the female paid for some of the items and left merchandise valued at $85.34 in her cart and attempted to leave the store. The merchandise was recovered.
A 48-year-old male, of Allentown and an unknown female are suspected of removing items from Kohl’s, 6900 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, 3:42 p.m. March 22. According to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville, the suspects placed items in a shopping cart and passed all points of sale without any attempt to pay for the items before exiting the store.
