Cedar Crest College

Cedar Crest College has announced that several Bethlehem area residents were named to the spring 2019 dean’s list. To be included, the students earned a grade point average of 3.65 or higher in the academic semester.

The students are, from Bethlehem: Hamad Alhamad, Jaskamal Kaur, Amanda Kemmerer, Victoria Kohn, Charity Nyambeki, Susana Ortiz, Julia Schneck, Cynthia Sanchez and Lauren Summers; and from Freemansburg: Ciera Mesits.

Emerson College

Jack Lewis of Bethlehem has been named to the Emerson College dean’s list for the spring 2019 semester. The communication studies major qualified to be included with a grade point average of 3.7 or higher.

Kutztown University

Bethlehem area residents Ethan Bennett, Soni Diaz, Tianna Mcgregor and Karissa Schultz were inducted into the Alpha Sigma Lambda Honor Society for adult learners at its spring ceremony.

The students had to have a minimum of a 3.2 GPA and successfully completed at least 24 credits to be selected.

Misericordia University

Jeremy Kuba and Shannon Williams of Hellertown and Quintessa Zamolyi of Bethlehems were named to the Misericordia University spring 2019 dean’s list. They qualified for the ist with a 3.55 grade point average or higher.

Clark University

Jocelyn Snyder, of Bethlehem, has been named to first honors on the Clark University dean’s list for the fall 2018 semester.

To be eligible for the list, students must have a grade point average of 3.8 or higher, of a maximum of 4.3 (all A+s).

Fairleigh Dickinson University

Alexandra Villarejo of Bethlehem, a student at Fairleigh Dickinson University’s Florham Campus, was named to the honors list for the fall 2018 semester.

To qualify, he carried a 3.5 or better grade point average out of a possible 4.0 and was enrolled in a minimum of 12 letter-graded hours (four courses).

St. Lawrence University

Brendan J. Reilly of Bethlehem has been selected for inclusion on St. Lawrence University’s dean’s list for academic achievement during the fall 2018 semester.

To be eligible, he completed at least four courses and had an academic average of 3.6 based on a 4.0 scale for the semester.
