A 42-year-old male, of Macungie, reported more than $7,700 of equipment and tools were removed from a work vehicle parked in the 6600 block of Hauser Road between 1:30 p.m. May 9 and 7:30 a.m. May 13, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. Items taken included a reciprocating saw, a circular saw, miscellaneous hand tools, three cordless drills, a corded hammer drill, a cordless hammer drill, a rotary hammer drill, a rolling tool bag, a tool kit pouch, a flashlight, a laser level, drill bits, an air advice monitor, two moisture meters and other items.
A 19-year-old male, of Lower Macungie Township, was cited for harassment after he threw a door at a 32-year-old female at a location on East Texas Road, Lower Macungie Township, 2 p.m. Jan. 30. The female sustained an injury to her leg, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Francisco Alonso Garcia, 23, of Zionsville, allegedly was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol when he was stopped for speeding on South Cedar Crest Boulevard at Chestnut Street, Emmaus borough, 1:31 a.m. April 7, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Kevin Gregory Markovitch, 22, of Emmaus, allegedly was found to be driving under the influence of a controlled substance and in possession of a controlled substance after a traffic stop for an equipment violation on South Cedar Crest Boulevard at Pine Street in Emmaus borough, 1:02 a.m. April 21, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
