The spring and summer music concerts have begun!

Catasauqua American Legion Post 215 announces the following Memorial Day services, May 27:

• 10 a.m. - Fairview Cemetery, 2584 Lehigh St., Whitehall

• 10:15 a.m. - Pine Street Bridge

• 10:30 a.m. - North Catasauqua William J. Albert Memorial Park, 701 Grove St.

• 10:45 a.m. - St. Mary’s cemetery

• 11 a.m. - American Legion Post 215, 330 Second St., Catasauqua

Holy Trinity Memorial Lutheran Church, 604 Fourth St., will be having its annual yard sale 8 a.m.-1 p.m. June 1.

The Public Library of Catasauqua will be playing a major role in organizing and supervising the sale. In return, Holy Trinity will be donating the proceeds of the yard sale to the library.

Food will be available for a freewill donation.

Historic Catasauqua Preservation Association’s summer hours for the Biery House Museum and Art Gallery will be 1-4 p.m. the first and third Sundays of the month for June, July, August and September.

The art gallery showcases Catasauqua homes, industry and the people who made Catasauqua the birthplace of the American Industrial Revolution. Come learn about Catasauqua’s amazing history.

This is also an opportunity if any resident who wishes to donate Catasauqua memorabilia.

Parking is at the Deily Coal Yard, 5 Union St.
