APRIL 17

Members of the department assisted with a civil matter in the 300 block of Tioga Street.

In the 300 block of Mulberry Street, a problem with juvenile trespassing occurred.

APRIL 18

Three citations were issued in the 200 block of Lehigh Street and the 200 block of Race Street.

A warning was issued in the 200 block of Lehigh Street.

A reportable motor vehicle accident took place on Railroad Street. Two vehicles were involved.

In the 100 block of Front Street, a vehicle was towed and the plate seized.

Officers responded to the 100 block of Second Street for a report of identity theft.

APRIL 19

A vehicle was ticketed in the 100 block of Second Street.

A 54-year-old male, of Connecticut, was arrested on a DUI charge in the 200 block of Race Street.

Police issued a warning in the 200 block of Race Street.

Citations were issued in the 200 block of Race Street.

A theft from a vehicle occurred in the 500 block of Walnut Street.

APRIL 20

Police assisted North Catasauqua officers in the 1200 block of Second Street.

On Chapel Street, officers assisted North Catasauqua police during a vehicle stop.

A family dispute occurred in the 300 block of Tioga Street.

Members of the department investigated two noise complaints at the same residence in the 700 block of Front Street.

Vehicles were tagged in the 100 block of Second Street.

An investigation is continuing for a hit and run that occurred in the 400 block of Race Street.

APRIL 21

The department is continuing an investigation for a theft that occurred in the 300 block of Tioga Street.

An 18-year-old male, of Catasauqua, was arrested for DUI and careless driving, among other charges, in the 200 block of Race Street.

In the 300 block of Main Street, police assisted North Catasauqua officers.

Individuals were sent on their way when police investigated a report of suspicious activity in the 100 block of Front Street.

At 403 Wood St., abandoned vehicles were tagged.

Ramon Rosa-Santos, 30, of Allentown, was arrested in the 200 block of Front Street for physical harassment and contact, criminal mischief and simple assault.

A dispute between a mother and daughter occurred on South 15th Street.

APRIL 22

A reportable motor vehicle accident occurred on Second Street. A vehicle hit a fire hydrant.

Three traffic citations were issued in the 200 block of Race Street.

Two vehicles were involved in a reportable motor vehicle accident on Race Street.

A child custody issue took place in the 500 block of Kurtz Street.

On Chapel Street, officers assisted North Catasauqua police.

APRIL 23

Five traffic citations were issued in the 200 block of Race Street and in the 300 block of Peach Street, the department said.

Officers and the department’s K-9 assisted North Catasauqua police in the 1300 block of Limestone Street.

APRIL 24

Police assisted North Catasauqua officers in the 1300 block of Third Street for a crash investigation.

At Catasauqua Middle School, 850 Pine St., two 13-year-old males, of Catasauqua, were cited for disorderly conduct.

An abandoned vehicle was ticketed and tagged in the 500 block of American Street.

On Race Street and in the 300 block of Lehigh Street, two traffic citations were issued.

An investigation is continuing for a harassment complaint in the 300 block of Peach Street.

A hit and run that occurred on Howertown Road is under investigation, police said.

On Lehigh Street, a hit and run took place.

APRIL 25

Police assisted North Catasauqua officers on Second Street for a DUI traffic stop.

A motor vehicle accident involving a pedestrian occurred on Second Street.

A 51-year-old male, of Whitehall, was arrested for public drunkenness, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest at Catasauqua Park and Playground, 501 American St.

An abandoned vehicle was tagged in the 500 block of Walnut Street.

In the 100 block of Race Street, a vehicle hit a parked car and kept driving.

Police conducted a welfare check in the 700 block of Poplar Street. The person was located and transported to the hospital.

On Front Street, a traffic citation was issued.

APRIL 26

Officers assisted North Catasauqua police in the 1000 block of American Street for a report of an open door.

A citation was issued in the 200 block of Race Street.

An odor at Catasauqua Middle School was reported.

On Stonewood Place, an unwanted person was reported to the department.

APRIL 27

In the 200 block of Race Street, police issued three traffic citations.

Members of the department responded to a harassment complaint in the 200 block of Poplar Street.

A vehicle was damaged during a hit and run in the 400 block of Race Street.

APRIL 28

In the 200 block of Race Street, three traffic warnings were issued.

Police investigated a custody issue in the 700 block of Fourth Street.

A wall was damaged, due to criminal mischief, in the 300 block of Front Street.

Police assisted North Catasauqua officers on Second Street for a vehicle stop and disorderly conduct arrest.

A civil matter in the 700 block of Fourth Street was reported to police.

A dispute between a boyfriend and girlfriend occurred in the 400 block of Front Street.

Two vehicles were ticketed in the 100 block of Howertown Road and in the 200 block of Front Street, both due to parking complaints.

Music was turned down when police investigated a noise complaint in the 300 block of Mulberry Street. When investigated for a second time, the resident was warned.

In the 200 block of Race Street, police issued two traffic citations.

APRIL 29

A traffic citation was issued in the 200 block of Race Street.

At Catasauqua Park and Playground, criminal mischief occurred. The department is continuing the investigation.

A subject was located in the 500 block of Fourth Street when police investigated a report of suspicious activity.

An investigation is continuing for a criminal mischief report at Catasauqua Park and Playground.

Department members are continuing an investigation for a fire that occurred in the 300 block of Front Street.

At Catasauqua High School, 2500 W. Bullshead Road, Northampton, suspicious activity occurred. Police said there was illegal use of school property.

A citizen reported received a harassing letter at Silver Manor, 2 Front St.

A 15-year-old and a 14-year-old male, both of Catasauqua, were cited for disorderly conduct at Catasauqua Middle School.

APRIL 30

A traffic citation was issued in the 200 block of Race Street.

A problem with a school bus drop-off occurred at Innovative Arts Academy Charter School, 330 Howertown Road.

In the 500 block of Howertown Road, a dispute between a landlord and tenant occurred.

Natasha Deemer, 34, of Catasauqua, was arrested in the 700 block of Second Street for disorderly conduct and physical harassment and contact.

A plate was seized and the vehicle tagged in the 700 block of Second Street.

A fire pit was extinguished on North 12th Street when police investigated.

A domestic issue occurred in the 800 block of Walnut Street.

MAY 1

Five traffic citations were issued in the 200 block of Race Street and on Bridge Street.

A juvenile complaint at Catasauqua High School was reported.

In the 600 block of Faith Drive, an animal complaint brought out police. The dog was picked up by the owner.

A theft from a porch occurred in the 100 block of Union Street.

A 12-year-old male, of Catasauqua, was cited for disorderly conduct at Catasauqua Middle School.

On Second Street, persons were located and identified when officers investigated a suspicious person report.

A dispute between residents occurred at Whittier Place Apartments, 895 Walnut St.

Police investigated a report of a suspicious vehicle at Whittier Place Apartments. The owner of the vehicle was located and identified.

An abandoned vehicle in the 300 block of Walnut Street was tagged.

Police assisted North Catasauqua officers during a vehicle stop on Howertown Road.

MAY 2

On Howertown Road, a reportable motor vehicle accident occurred that involved two vehicles.

A neighbor dispute, involving harassment, occurred in the 100 block of Bridge Street.

An attempted theft occurred in the 200 block of York Street. Persons were trying to get into a truck. The suspects were chased.

MAY 3

Sunglasses were taken from a vehicle in the 100 block of Covington Place.

Police assisted the fire department at the scene of a fire in the 400 block of Bath Avenue.

A traffic citation was issued in the 200 block of Race Street.

On Front Street, officers responded to a harassment complaint. The investigation is continuing.

Officers investigated criminal mischief - a window that was broken - in the 700 block of Second Street.

A windshield was damaged because of criminal mischief in the 200 block of Pine Street.

Members of the department assisted North Catasauqua police in locating an individual in the 1000 block of Howertown Road.

The department said a registration plate was taken in the 200 block of York Street when police responded to a citizen assist.

Four traffic citations were issued in the 200 block of Race Street and in the 100 block of Church Street.

Officers investigated an animal complaint in the 300 block of Church Street.

Police said a traffic citation was issued in the 200 block of Race Street.
