State Police Beat

State Police Troop M, Fogelsville, say a 70-year-old man from Allentown and a 20-year-old man from Northampton reported a yellow Yamaha three-wheeler, an orange 12-foot Sun Dolphin Kayak and a white 25 gallon deluxe sport sprayer were stolen 8:46 a.m. April 19 from a barn at 7769 Blue Mountain House Road, Lynn Township.

According to police, forced entry was made through the main entry door on the east side of the barn.

In a separate incident, police say a 58-year-old man from the 6600 block of Mountain Road, Lynn Township, reported $400 in cash and coins, and a .44-caliber handgun were stolen sometime between 8:30 a.m. and 7 p.m. on April 20.

According to police, entry was made into the home through the front door.

State Police Troop M, Fogelsville, say someone used pink chalk to write racial slurs on a property in the 7000 block of Adams Street, Lynn Township, sometime between midnight and 3:30 p.m. May 2.

According to police, one word was written on the victim’s driveway and the other was in front of the driveway.

State Police Troop M, Bethlehem, say Brooke Carrie Sosa of Slatington, reported a passenger side front window was broken on her vehicle and her purse was taken between 7:40-8:30 p.m. April 30 in the parking lot of Emerald Dragon Karate, 8156 Route 873, Washington Township.
