Hokendauqua: Church plans wine tasting, craft fair event May 4
Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church, 3355 Macarthur Road, will hold a Mother’s Day Sip & Shop craft fair and wine tasting 9 a.m.-3 p.m. May 4.
There will be more than 100 tables of crafts, quilted items, baked goods and flowers. You could be the lucky winner of a quilted wall hanging!
There will also be a Chinese auction, food and refreshments.

First Presbyterian Church of Hokendauqua, 3005 S. Front St., will host an indoor yard sale and flea market 8 a.m.-1 p.m. May 4.
There is something for everyone - clothes, toys, tools and treasures galore. The church is also offering a Kimball entertainer organ with a bench and cover for free; it’s in fine working condition.
Breakfast cakes, as well as hot dogs and haluskies for lunch, will be served in the basement.
All are welcome. Please, no early birds.

The Woman’s Club of Whitehall Township will mark the end of its club year with a luncheon noon May 13. The luncheon will be held at Bravo Cucina Italiana at Lehigh Valley Mall, Whitehall.
The afternoon’s program will be singer/entertainer David Loehr.
