Country Meadows Retirement Communities, 460 N. Krocks Road, Upper Macungie, is hosting a lunch and lesson session 3 “Adapting to Change as You Age” workshop May 9.

There will be a free complimentary lunch at 11 a.m., followed by the workshop at noon. Seating is limited.
