Sheckler Elementary School second-grade students will present their “Bugs” program 7 p.m. April 25.

Students in third and fourth grade will be taking PSSAs in math April 29 and 30. PSSA testing in science will take place May 1 and 2 for students in fourth grade.

Students should get a good night’s rest and eat a healthy breakfast, as well as avoid being absent or tardy on testing days.

Sheckler Home and School will hold its meeting 6 p.m. May 1 in the school’s library. All parents are invited and encouraged to attend.

First-grade students will take a field trip to Wildlands Conservatory Fish Hatchery May 3. The trip is related to their science studies class.

Students should dress accordingly for the weather and should wear sneakers.

Students in fourth grade will be visiting Jacobsburg May 3 for their field trip.
