Coplay Garden Club meets 7 p.m. April 25 at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 18 S. Third St.

The Coplay Community Days committee will meet 7 p.m. April 25 in the council chambers at borough hall, 98 S. Fourth St.

Coplay Democratic Club will host a meet the candidates event April 28 at Paulie’s Restaurant, 1214 Chestnut St.
There will be a club business meeting 1 p.m., and the candidates will speak 1:30 p.m.
Meet county, school board and borough council candidates.
The Coplay Democratic Club, the Edward M. Kennedy Democratic Association, was founded in 1930.

The 150th anniversary parade will be held 1 p.m. May 18. The parade begins at the corner of Ninth and Chestnut streets. The route will go down Chestnut Street, take a right onto Second Street, to Hokendauqua Street and up to Fifth Street.
