Catasauqua Area Showcase Theatre’s production of “The Addams Family” will run 7 p.m. April 26 and 2 p.m. April 27 and 28.

The performances are held in the Catasauqua High School auditorium, 2500 W. Bullshead Road, Northampton.

Catasauqua will hold its annual Arbor Day celebration 10 a.m. April 27 at the municipal complex, 90 Bridge St. Trees will be dedicated to noteworthy citizens and/or organizations.

The April 27 free community lunch, served by Holy Trinity Memorial Lutheran Church, will be held 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. at Blocker’s Coffeehouse, 309 Front St. All are welcome.

Catasauqua American Legion Post 215, 330 Second St., will be having its all-you-can-eat breakfast 8 a.m.-noon April 28.

There will be scrambled eggs, toast, home fries, bacon, sausage, French toast, SOS, juice, coffee and tea.

The Catasauqua Garden Club will meet 1 p.m. May 1 at in the Slovak Center Social Club, 1233 Fifth St., North Catasauqua.

Linc Coffin, a Pennsylvania Master Gardener, will chat about hummingbirds. He will share information about how to attract them to your backyard.

Horticultural and artistic exhibits should be in place before the meeting starts. In addition, plans for the plant sale, scheduled for May 11, will be finalized.

Garden-friendly visitors are always welcome.
