The Auxiliary of Northern Valley EMS, 2375 Levans Road, Ormrod, will have an indoor yard sale 9 a.m.-2 p.m. April 27 in the social hall.

Schnecksville Fire Company will sponsor an all-you-can-eat breakfast in the main hall from 8 a.m.-1 p.m. on April 28.

Parkland Community Library is having a new kind of fundraiser through Dan Schantz’s Greenhouse, 2031 29th St. S.W., Allentown.

The library will be selling Monthly Maddness cards until May 15 which will enable the purchaser to obtain a free item each month for an entire year.

During spring, the card will be used for flowers and vegetables to plant outside. Each month will feature a plant or flower appropriate for the season.

Examples include a six-pack of pansies for April, a four-pack of vegetables for May, a six-pack of annuals in June, and a hanging basket in July.

Other items free with the card are a mum in August, gourds in September, a Halloween kit in October, a foliage plant in November, a poinsettia in December, a large bouquet in January, a half dozen roses in February, and a shamrock plant in March.

Cards may be obtained at the front desk of the library and must be taken to Dan Schantz’s to redeem the free item each month.

On Easter Sunday, April 21, the sunrise service will be at 7 a.m. followed by breakfast 7:45-8:45 a.m. and the Easter worship service at 10:15 a.m.

Union United Church of Christ, Neffs, has planned a potluck meal, worship and communion 6-8 p.m. Maundy Thursday, April 18, and Good Friday worship at 7 p.m. April 19.

Easter Sunday, April 21, begins with a sunrise service in the cemetery at 6 a.m. and worship services at 8 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
