Lehigh Valley Active Life, 1633 W Elm St., Allentown, is offering the following programs for seniors in April.
Disc Jockey Jerry Deane will be playing oldies and requests from 7-10 p.m. April 27.
Per person fee includes light refreshments. Singles and couples welcome.
Instructor Ted LaRose is offering a history discussion titled “Great Mysteries of the Past” 2-3 p.m. April 22.
LaRose will also give a history discussion titled “Bizarre Tales for WWII from 1-2 p.m. April 29.
He will focus on the mysteries and baffling and oddly unexplained events that never made the headlines.
The senior center will be showing the movie “Mary Queen of Scots” at 12:15 p.m. April 24.
Acrylic Painting led by instructor Judy Peters will be 9-11:30 a.m. April 24.
Instructor Trisha Baker will lead an arts and crafts class from 9-11:30 a.m. April 25 and 26.
Learn how to paint beautiful acrylic landscape scenery and subjects with brush techniques on canvas.
Dolly Fleischmann will lead an Art for Everyone Class 9-11:30 a.m. April 26.
