Coplay Recreation & Welfare Association’s Easter egg hunt is set for 1 p.m. April 20 at St. Peter Roman Catholic Church, 4 S. Fifth St.
The various age groups - 1-2, 3-4, 5-6 and 7-8 - will line up on the southwest area of the lawn.
Along with prize eggs for the various age brackets, there will be additional goodies to ensure each child is part of the experience.
A police vehicle’s siren starts the egg hunt. The special guest is the Easter Bunny, who will pose for pictures with the children.

Within the next few weeks, a new LED sign will be in place at Community Plaza. A sizable contribution from Coplay Community Days made it happen.

There has been a rash of car break-ins in our surrounding area. If you keep your car on the street, be sure to lock the doors. Try not to keep items of value on your car seats.
