A 52-year-old woman, of Emmaus, was arrested March 30 for public drunkenness in the unit block of Greenleaf Street, according to Emmaus police. A citation was filed.

Charles Lynn Burgert, 39, of Emmaus, was arrested April 2 for allegedly fleeing or eluding police, resisting arrest, reckless driving, careless driving, driving while under suspension, a stop sign violation, passing in a no passing zone and speeding, according to Emmaus police. He was transported to the Lehigh County Booking Center and processed.

A 16-year-old male, of Macungie, was arrested March 26 for possession of tobacco on school property. A citation was filed.

An unknown person damaged the rear passenger door of a Nissan Altima resulting in $300 damage. The incident was reported March 29 in the 400 block of Ridge Street.

A Mart Cart was found March 30 in the 100 block of Lee Street. The cart is being stored at the Emmaus Police Department, 400 Jubilee St.
