CORVETTES

Allentown Area Corvette Club will host its 18th Springfest Car Show June 1 at the Penn State Lehigh Valley campus, across from the Promenade Shops, Center Valley.

This is a judged event featuring more than 50 awards.

Partial proceeds from this all-Corvette show go to the Angel 34 Foundation, which provides funding for pediatric cancer research.

Classes include street stock, modified and custom, as well as best-of-show and sponsor’s awards.

The first 125 preregistered cars will receive participation gifts and a commemorative dash magnet.

A tricky tray, disc jockey, door prizes, vendors and food will keep the visitors busy all day.
