With music by John Kander, lyrics by Fred Ebb, and written by Rupert Holmes, “Curtains” is based on the book and concept by Peter Stone.

The musical premiered in Los Angeles in 2006. The 2007 Broadway debut was nominated for eight Tony Awards, receiving one Tony Award.

“Show People,” “Coffee Shop Nights,” “The Woman’s Dead,” “Thataway” and “A Tough Act to Follow” are among the featured songs.
