Neil Dreslin, 64, of Douglasville, was pronounced dead 10:06 a.m. March 23 at the Emmaus Car Wash, 750 S. 12th St, Emmaus. An autopsy was performed March 25; the cause and manner of death are pending toxicology. The Emmaus Police Department is conducting the investigation.

Simple assault

Preston Gardner, 22, of Allentown, was arrested March 24 for alleged simple assault and harassment after an incident in the 1100 block of Chestnut Street, according to police. He was transported to Lehigh County Booking Center and processed.

A 16-year-old male, of Macungie, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., March 13, according to police. Charges were filed through Lehigh County Juvenile Court, according to police.

Marcus Anthony Oliver, 30, of South Carolina, was arrested Feb. 22 for alleged terroristic threats and harassment, according to police.

A homeowner in the 700 block of Evergreen Street reported a residence was entered and a battery charger valued at $50 was removed. The incident was reported March 23.

An 18-year-old male, of Emmaus, was arrested for disorderly conduct after a fight at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., March 16, according to police.
