Coplay Recreation and Welfare Association will have its annual community egg hunt 1 p.m. April 20 at St. Peter Roman Catholic Church, 4 S. Fifth St.

The hunt is for children ages 8 and younger. No registration is required.

The rain date is April 22.

Coplay Public Library, 49 S. Fifth St., is hosting a used book and bake sale 11 a.m.-4 p.m. April 5 and 6.

Celtic Cultural Alliance is hosting a Great Escapes bingo and basket raffle April 26 at American Club of Coplay, 300 Cherry St. Doors open 5 p.m., and games start 6 p.m. The kitchen will open 5 p.m. for food purchases.

There will be 12 bingo games and specials.

Prizes include an IronPigs Father’s Day package, a canoe tour for four, winery packages and a weeklong vacation, among others.

The basket raffle features more than 30 baskets, including Celtic collectibles, restaurant gift cards, whiskey, spa treatments and more.

There is a cost. Tickets are discounted if bought in advance. Seats are limited. The event is first come, first served.

The event benefits cultural and educational programming in the community.
