East Penn School District and Communities in Schools presents a mental health symposium for parents of students in kindergarten through high school March 30 at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave.

Participants are asked to enter through the auditorium doors on North Street.

The symposium is a collaborative effort between EPSD school counselors, EPSD school psychologists and Communities in Schools of the Lehigh Valley.

This event is geared to the parents of children in kindergarten through grade 12 and is meant to be a resource for the families in the community. Parents are invited to learn about pressing topics pertinent to children and to leave with practical tools and information they can utilize.

Doors open to the public 8:30 a.m. Session one is 9 to 9:50 a.m. Session two is 10 to 10:50 a.m. Session three is 11 to 11:50 a.m.
