Cementon/Egypt: Boy Scouts plan spaghetti dinner

Boy Scout Troop 59 will be holding an all-you-can-eat spaghetti fundraiser dinner 4-7 p.m. March 30 at Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, 4331 Main St., Egypt.

The dinner is free for children ages 5 and under.

There will also be homemade baked goods for sale.

The building is handicapped accessible.

Proceeds benefit the troop’s general and equipment funds.

Laurel Fire Company, 5114 Third St., Cementon, will be hosting its annual all-you-can-eat Easter Bunny breakfast 9 a.m.-noon April 6.

Enjoy a delicious breakfast and get a photo taken with the Easter Bunny.

Children ages 12 and under eat for free.

Egypt Community Church is hosting a bus trip to the Museum of the Bible April 13.

The museum, located in Washington, D.C., documents the narrative, history and impact of the Bible.

The cost of the ticket includes admission to the museum, transportation and driver’s tip.

A chalk talk by Elva Hurst is planned for 7 p.m. April 27 at Egypt Community Church, 4129 S. Church St.
