Angel Rivera, 33, no known address, was charged with retail theft and false identification to law enforcement 12:05 p.m. Feb. 28 following an alleged theft at Stein Mart, 3300 Lehigh St. Rivera allegedly was found wearing a belt with a price tag on it and gave a fake name to police. He was taken to Central Booking for processing.

Carolyn Detwiler, 58, of Macungie, was charged with retail theft 5:38 p.m. March 5 following an alleged theft from the pharmacy in the Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest.

Two males in their early 20s cut the cables on three iPhones displayed at T-Mobile, 3300 Lehigh St. 11:37 a.m. March 6. The pair fled through the rear of the mall. The phones are valued at $2,650. Whitehall Police Department reported a similar incident 20 minutes later in their area. Police are investigating.
