Lydia Rodriguez, a ninth grade production design major at the Lehigh Valley Charter High School for the Arts, creates a newspaper dress for the school's Wearable Art Showcase recently. Rodriguez used the FOCUS section of the Lehigh Valley Press to make her dress which took more than 10 hours to create.
