A 37-year-old Michigan man was struck by a 2017 Toyota Corolla driven by Andrew Pollock, 28, of Allentown 7:30 p.m. Feb. 27 in the 5600 block of Tilghman St., Upper Macungie Township.

According to Upper Macungie Township police, Brandon Rambus of Detroit, Mich., was attempting to walk cross Tilghman Street when he was struck by Pollock’s car that was westbound on Tilghman Street near Blue Barn Road.

Rambus was transported to Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township for serious injuries, police say.

Pollock was uninjured.

The car, which sustained moderate damaged was towed from the scene.

This accident remains under investigation, police say.
