In a public information release made available to The Press, Emmaus police provided the following:

Michael Raymond Gross, 51, of the 500 block of Broad Street, Emmaus, was arrested 6 p.m. Feb. 27 and charged with alleged possession with the intent to deliver methamphetamine and possession with the intent to deliver drug paraphernalia after a search warrant was executed at his residence in relation to an ongoing burglary and theft investigation.

Gross was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Donna R. Butler and remanded to the Lehigh County Prison under $15,000 bail, according to police.
