A resident in the 400 block of East Paoli Street told police 9:45 a.m. Feb. 14, an unknown person removed a purse from a vehicle. There was no damage to the vehicle.

A tailgate was removed from a work truck in the 1200 block of East Emmaus Avenue. The theft was reported 12:43 p.m. Feb. 14.

A person parked at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest reported returning to the car and seeing a person coming out of the vehicle 3:48 p.m. Feb. 18. Charges are pending.

Carmelo Pardo, 35, of Bethlehem, was charged with alleged possession of a small amount of marijuana following a traffic stop in the 1100 block of East Susquehanna Street 2:37 a.m. Feb. 15.

A 19-year-old man, of Emmaus and Afortunado Torres, 30, of Allentown, were charged with summary disorderly conduct following an alleged incident in the 3300 block of Lehigh Street 11:15 p.m. Feb. 5.
