Roberto Marquez Rivera, 26, of Emmaus, was arrested Feb. 9 for allegedly driving under the influence, obedience to traffic control devices and racing on highways in the 600 block of State Avenue, according to Emmaus police. He was transported to the Lehigh County DUI Center and processed.

A 20-year-old male, of Center Valley, was arrested Feb. 16 for alleged possession of a small amount of marijuana and obedience to traffic control devices in the 300 block of Main Street, according to Emmaus police.

Kristen Lee Fisher, 45, of Emmaus, was arrested Feb. 21 for alleged possession of a controlled substance at a location in the 1000 block of Chestnut Street. She was transported to Lehigh County Booking Center and processed.

Two sets of keys were found Feb. 8 in the 500 block of Chestnut Street. One set contains a Hyundai key and the other set contains a Chevrolet key. The key sets are held at the Emmaus Police Department headquarters, 400 Jubilee St. A Magna bicycle was found Feb. 11 in the 1200 block of West Jubilee Street. The bicycle is held at the Emmaus Police Department headquarters, 400 Jubilee St.
