Salisbury police found a vehicle in the 300 block of East Mountain Road 6:48 a.m. Feb. 2 with the engine, transmission, interior, hood, lights and bumper missing. Police ran the vehicle identification number and determined the vehicle was stolen from Allentown. The auto theft task force was notified.

Administrators at Manor Care Health Services, 1265 S. Cedar Crest Blvd., were notified of an incident 3:39 p.m. Feb. 4 in the hallway where alleged inappropriate comments were made.

Charges are pending following an incident at Taco Bell, 3380 Lehigh St., 11:15 p.m. Feb. 5. A Taco Bell employee allegedly threw a rock through the windshield of a vehicle and the driver of the vehicle then allegedly drove the vehicle toward the employee to scare the employee. Police are investigating.

A resident in the 1600 block of Broadway reported 11:35 a.m. Feb. 6, all four tires of a vehicle were slashed and flat. The total cost of damage is $800.

Police received a report of a motorcycle theft 3:06 p.m. Feb. 6. The motorcycle was stored at a facility in the 2900 block of South Pike Avenue. The auto theft task force has been notified.

A resident in the 1900 block of Potomac Street received an email stating several passwords were compromised and was told he had to pay money or further action would be taken. The police were notified 10 a.m. Feb. 8.

A resident in the 3000 block of Pike Avenue reported 11:08 a.m. Feb. 13, two Verizon accounts were fraudulently opened in her name in May 2018. The accounts were sent to a collection agency in January.

A 34-year-old man, of Emmaus, was charged with suspicion of driving while under the influence 12:47 p.m. Feb. 10 following a traffic stop in the 3300 block of Lehigh Street. He was taken to Central Booking for processing.

Larry Arnold, 45, of Coopersburg, will be charged with simple assault and harassment following an alleged incident 5:28 p.m. Feb. 9 at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest, 1200 S. Cedar Crest Blvd.

A resident in the 1200 block of Salisbury Road told police 7:12 p.m. Feb. 10 an unknown person is listing the resident’s rental property and using pictures of the property.

Anthony Chapman, 23, of Allentown, was charged with allegedly carrying a firearm without a license, possession of a small amount of marijuana and driving a vehicle with no inspection following a traffic stop in the 3100 block of Lehigh Street 1:40 p.m. Feb. 11. He was taken to Central Booking for processing.

David Michael, 64, of Allentown, and Cynthia Ives, 59, of Allentown, were charged with summary harassment following an alleged incident 9:12 a.m. Feb. 11 in the area of 33rd Street and Capital Street.
