Michael David Stratz, 60, of Emmaus, was taken into custody for allegedly driving under the influence after a traffic stop in the 100 block of South Church Street Jan. 12, according to Macungie police. He was transported to Central Booking for processing.

Antonio E. Henao, 34, of Mertztown, was taken into custody on an active arrest warrant from Luzerne County after a traffic stop Jan. 5, according to Macungie police. He was transported to Central Booking for processing.

An unknown person vandalized stores and a vehicle in the 70 block of Lea Street between Jan. 16 and 18, according to Macungie police. The vandalism included placing excrement on the vehicle hood, urinating in the vehicle and disabling the electronic systems of the vehicle.
