Christian Castillo, 27, of Allentown, was arrested Jan. 17 for allegedly driving under the influence and failure to drive within his lane in the 300 block of South Cedar Crest Boulevard, according to Emmaus police. He was transported to the Lehigh County DUI Center and processed.
Kathryn McEvilly, 28, of Weissport, was arrested Jan. 27 for allegedly driving under the influence in the unit block of East Main Street, according to Emmaus police. She was transported to the Lehigh County DUI Center and processed.
A 19-year-old female, of Emmaus, was arrested Jan. 27 for underage drinking in the 100 block of North Eighth Street. A citation was filed.
An unknown person removed a flag and an item from a box delivered in the 100 block of North Second Street. The incident was reported Feb. 6. The total value of the item and the flag is estimated at $170.

A 14-year-old female, of Alburtis, was arrested Jan. 25 for possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmaus police. Charges were filed with Lehigh County Juvenile Court.
A key was found at Harrison and First streets Jan. 26. The key is held at Emmaus Police department headquarters, 400 Jubilee St.
A 16-year-old male, of Emmaus, was arrested Jan. 31 for retail theft at Weis Markets, 1220 Chestnut St. Charges were filed with Lehigh County Juvenile Court.
An unknown person broke a window and damaged a bulletin board at Emmaus Community Park, 1400 Shimerville Road. The incident was reported Jan. 24. The damage was valued at $400.
