House of Knight Burlesque will present “Love Stinks: The Good, the Bad and the Ugly” Feb. 16 at the Gas House Dance Hall, 311 Front St.

Doors open 7:30 p.m., and the show starts 8 p.m.

There will be a performance by The Mysterious Magic Mike. Other performers include Jack Bewildered and DJ Turbine.

Miss China Doll will host the event, featuring Jersey G, Ms. Sassy Chassis, Satine Rouge, Trixie Deflair and Betsy Bombchelle.

There is a cost. Tickets will be available at the door but are discounted if bought online. Tips are welcomed.

The event is BYOB. Included with the price of the ticket are light snacks, treats and a drink.

There will be door prizes and a raffle basket.

St. Mary’s Church, 122 Union St., is holding a take-out soup sale. Orders are due by Feb. 17.

You can choose from winter garden (a creamy soup with cauliflower, broccoli and carrots), chicken noodle, beef barley, ham and navy bean or cabbage and noodles. Soups are sold by the quart.

Pickup will be in the parish kitchen across from the church 4-6:30 p.m. March 1.

Catasauqua Club, 226 Pine St., will be having its next all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet 9 a.m.-noon Feb. 17.

Featured dishes include eggs Benedict, make-your-own omelets, sausage, bacon, scrapple, scrambled eggs, potatoes, crepes, sausage gravy, French toast and beverages.

Morning Glories of Holy Trinity Memorial Lutheran Church, 604 Fourth St., Catasauqua, will meet 10 a.m. Feb. 18.

Catasauqua Garden Club is running its annual trip to the Philadelphia Flower Show. The colorful visit is scheduled for March 5.

The cost includes the bus trip and flower show admission.
